This homeowner's roof was severely damaged by both wind and a rough hailstorm. They reached out to us for help, especially with navigating the confusing insurance claim process. Lenkey Priest Roofing & Construction purchased an auto repair shop to renovate into the LPRC Design Studio. We transformed the property drastically, which required the involvement of the City of Green, an Architect and several skilled trades. The parking lot was dug out and fresh asphalt laid. The building layout was transformed, removing all evidence of its previous use. Plumbing and electrical services were upgraded; the cement flooring was removed and replaced; walls reframed, drywalled and finished; a handicap accessible bathroom was added; and all windows and doors were replaced. On the exterior of the building, we swapped out the old roof for fresh metal roofing, installed stone, siding and more! #TotalTranformation

Our customer reached out to us with concerns about a leak in their roof. We promptly arrived and took a thorough look at the situation. We found that we could stop this annoying leak by removing the siding, J channel, shingles, and step flashing. So, we did exactly that and then went on to install brand new shingles, step flashing, and a robust ice guard. We made sure to reinstall the J channels and seal the upper section of the fascia to the J channel. After that, we put the siding back up and carefully sealed any exposed nail heads at the bottom of the 2nd story skylight. We wrapped up by reinstating the gutter downspouts, ensuring everything was watertight once more. #LeakFreeRoofing

We stripped off the old siding and crafted a fresh look using the always stunning Wedgewood Blue Royal Estate siding. We also wrapped their windows and doors with crisp, white metal - a perfect contrast! Next, we installed new white corners, soffits, fascia, and gutters to up their curb appeal. Just wrapped up at a customer's home who highlighted a leak issue. Turns out, the shingles and step flashing above the garage were showing signs of wear. Also, we noticed water was sneaking in where the shingles were nailed over the apron metal across the front porch. We quickly got into gear and replaced the shingles and step flashing alongside a new apron. Now their home is free from leaks and other related trouble. Our customer reached out with concerns about missing and damaged fascia on the exterior of their house. We quickly got to work with the fascia repairs. We replaced all the missing pieces on both the left and right front of their home. We created new, custom white fascia right there on site! The homeowner called us in to tackle some tough roofing issues. We quickly swapped out 5 squares of shingles on both sides of the roof, switched out 4 deteriorated plywood sheets, and installed a sturdy header and stiff leg right under the rafter. We also replaced the fascia, installed step flashing on either side of the roof, and sealed the counter flashing to the brick for an airtight finish.
